Want to start with a MVP where the customers can either choose city or specific hotel, enter travel dates and find out room availability for the hotel(s). If room is available, they are redirected to site to make the booking.I can code myself, but not sure where to start. Questions that I have:Has anyone done it before? What were your learnings?How much $ would I need to build the MVP and get started?Are there APIs that allow me to pull hotel availability? I came across <a href="//www.programmableweb.com/news/10-top-apis-hotels/brief/2019/09/08">10 Top APIs for Hotels</a> but it is not clear to me if any of them will provide me any hotel availability data, even for a fee. Most of them expect the businesses be having some traffic already.What do I need to do to earn on the bookings customers make? Is that by joining an affiliate marketing program or similar?I am just focusing on the MVP and then spend energy in marketing the portal on various forums belonging to the niche.
