(think font packages)We are doing this for the sole purpose of being a learning experience and hopefully generating some side income. I do not see this business idea "taking off" in any capacity.I am debating whether we a) need to incorporate at all b) should file as an Individual LLC insurance rather than a Partnership to avoid tax and liability headachesWe have already agreed that if need be, the LLC would be filed under my name only (with him as an employee) to keep tax filings minimal.Would a Sole Proprietor with business insurance potentially be sufficient liability coverage?
