I have technical skills but it can be a scary prospect for a non-technical person. If you can handle doing formulas in Excel, it's about that level of technical confidence.I've set up a lot of project tracking, request tracking, case management, etc type of applications. I have coding skills so I was also able to create fancy interfaces and more complicated applications (for example integrating it with AWS Connect to create an online call center) but even the regular non-coding features will go a long way. Think of it as what Salesforce was supposed to be.It used to be super cheap but now it's $500/month for unlimited users and up to 50 applications. Still worth it and there's a month free trial that's full featured so you can experiment.
